Patient Services Representative Position

Type: Full-time

Location: Primarily Lancaster


Summary/Objective: We are currently seeking a Patient Services Representative who is a friendly, team-orientated, and self-motivated individual who is able to function in a fast paced office environment while providing exceptional service to our patients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Insurance registration
 Scanning of health documents into our EMR systems
 Collection of outpatient diagnostic imaging authorizations
 Contacting Insurance companies to retrieve eligibility information
 Confirming patient appointments
 Scheduling physician office visits
 Performing other duties as required and assigned

 Demonstrates a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization
 Excellent customer skills and a team oriented approach to work
 Positive attitude
 Good communication skills
 Ability to be flexible to patient needs
 Willing to travel to our different work locations in the Lancaster/Lebanon area
