Patient Services Representative Position
Location: Primarily Lancaster
Summary/Objective: We are currently seeking a Patient Services Representative who is a friendly, team-orientated, and self-motivated individual who is able to function in a fast paced office environment while providing exceptional service to our patients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Scanning of health documents into our EMR systems
Collection of outpatient diagnostic imaging authorizations
Contacting Insurance companies to retrieve eligibility information
Confirming patient appointments
Scheduling physician office visits
Performing other duties as required and assigned
Adheres to company policies and procedures
Demonstrates a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization
Excellent customer skills and a team oriented approach to work
Good communication skills
Ability to be flexible to patient needs
Willing to travel to our different work locations in the Lancaster/Lebanon area
